Care
Wash less, wash cold, dry flat. Most garments die of laundry, not of wear.
Cotton and jersey
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colours, inside out. Skip the tumble dryer where you can — heat is what breaks fibres and lifts prints. Dry flat or on a line out of direct sun, and iron warm on the reverse if needed.
Knitwear
Hand wash cool or use a wool cycle, never wring. Press the water out between two towels and dry flat, reshaping while damp. Store folded, never on a hanger. Pilling in the first weeks is normal — a comb or a fabric shaver handles it.
Denim
Wash rarely and always cold, inside out, alone for the first few washes. Air between wears. Hang to dry. Denim ages best when it is left to age.
